The personal data of the Service User (Customer) is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter &#8220;GDPR&#8221;), and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).<\/p><p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">1.3. The Administrator ensures the utmost care to protect the interests of data subjects, particularly by ensuring that the collected data is processed lawfully, collected for designated, lawful purposes, and not subjected to further processing inconsistent with these purposes. The data is factually correct, adequate in relation to the purposes for which it is processed, and stored in a form that allows for the identification of individuals for no longer than necessary to achieve the processing purposes.<\/p><p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">1.4. The Administrator collects personal data for the following purposes:<\/p><p>2.1.1. Establishing, shaping the content of, amending, executing, or terminating a contractual relationship between the Service Provider (Seller) and the Service User (Customer) involving the provision of Electronic Services via the Online Store or concluding and executing a Sales Agreement for Products and delivering them to the Customer.<\/p><p>2.1.2. Direct marketing of the Administrator&#8217;s own products or services.<\/p><p>2.2. The Administrator processes the following personal data of Service Users (Customers): name and surname; email address; contact phone number; address (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city, country); delivery address and address for the sales document, if different from the above. In the case of Customers who are also business entities, the Administrator also processes the company name and NIP number.<\/p><p>2.3. Providing the personal data specified in point 2.2. is necessary for the Service Provider to provide Electronic Services via the Online Store or to conclude a Sales Agreement. The required scope of data is specified before the provision of a specific Electronic Service or the conclusion of a Sales Agreement.<\/p><p>2.4. The Administrator automatically collects data stored in Cookies during the use of the Online Store website. These are text files stored on the Customer\u2019s computer while using the Online Store, enabling, among other things, the saving of cart contents. The Cookie mechanism is not used to obtain any information about Online Store Users.<\/p><p>2.5. The provision of personal data by the Customer is voluntary; however, it is necessary for the purposes specified in section 2.1 of this Privacy Policy, including the conclusion and performance of the Sales Agreement. Failure to provide the data may prevent the order from being fulfilled.<\/p><p>2.6. Customers&#8217; personal data may be processed in an automated manner (including profiling); however, this will not produce any legal effects concerning the Customer or similarly significantly affect them.
